Wonder how fast their true high end chip is if this is a mid range chip that they got lucky with.

Amd are gonna have to do some serious price slashing from the looks of things, around £350 mark possibly?

This is their top-end GPU, people seem under the illusion that this is their mid-range offering. IT IS NOT.

NVIDIA won't release a faster single GPU this year, the next faster product from both AMD and NVIDIA shall be dual GPU based.

Think like ATI, stock speeds only half the story, the OC potential is mahooosive just like on 79xx series. :D

Two slots, about 10" long. :)

Sorry, I wet my keyboard in excitement :(

:p If these really do come in at 400 quid, and overclock well, Sold!

Is there any blocks coming for these soon?

For me if they are cool and quiet, don't suck a lot of power and give performance around a 7970 then I'm in! Oh and around the £400 too :)

I reckon the fact they say GK110 was supposed to be released as 680 but is now postponed was that GK110 was always intended to be 2nd gen Kepler.

Still can't wait to see OC ability.....and price!

Do OCuK hold cards for you? Say if I bought it on the Thursday afternoon, could you wait to dispatch it on the Friday for Saturday delivery?

Excellent News! Been holding off replacing my ageing GTX460 for months now, now only have to figure out how to hide the +-£400 from the wife :D

Gibbo please answer about 4GB models, you must know when they are due in roughly surely?:) i heard EVGA tried to release one on launch but not 100% sure if this is still happening?

I can understand if you have really old hardware, but if you have recent generation cards, what is the point? There is nothing out there that pushes them, and nothing decent on the horizon that will either. The only exception I can see is if you use them for something other than gaming.

We really need a new generation of consoles to get things going again.

or you have a really old card, your post should read 'Graphics card upgrading is a waste of time at the moment for me as I have a 6990'
