It's not a 5GHZ CPU if it doesn't run 5GHZ under every load.

It'll be a very fast stock chip. It'll be interesting to see its overclocking headroom, many guess it'll be pretty much nil under conventional cooling.
Pricing will also be interesting too, I'm expecting its price to disappoint to be honest.

HOWEVER, if AMD can keep raising their clock speed, their IPC deficit becomes moot.
