EVGA ACX 2.0?

Lol, it's a shame there is so much build up to release and I get very excited, but have to wait anther few months for a decent card :( I wish they just realease all the cards at the same time!

Okay. :)

It just looked a little strange because other models have all of the heat pipes across the chip, and I'm sure you have seen the same reviews as I have where they assume it is a design issue. You should get someone to put them right on that. Might deter customers. :p

just say what you think :D....this card looks suspicious to me

the 2x 8mm ones do exaclty match the GPU. The third small one is to share the heat between the blocks. The 2 big pipes do cover the whole chip. We tried also a spreader above all three pipes but this did not work as efficient as the direct connection of the pipes.

Any reason the third pipe is not filled and capped? Or is that a one off QA issue?

that pipe in the photo is just busted.......others wont be, the 3rd pipe not touching the cpu isn't a huge problem because the card still runs cold, this aint no 7990 :D

that is what I'm trying to ask EVGA Dom, is the sample sent for review broken, or is that how they all come

the EVGA cards are running hotter and not overclocking as well as competitors cards, so whilst it is "acceptable" for stock use and low overclocks, it is something that buyers should be aware of

the cards we are talking about are the ACX1.0 ones, yet Dom is posting links to the ACX2.0 FTW, which isn't really helping
