Fore those interested, I told about a Decibel sound meter for Android, so I reran the noise test I did on video a few pages back.

I ran 3DMark Firestrike 3 times, and had the phone where my chair is.
Got an average of 35 Decibels from the two EVGA 980Ti Superclocked cards ( reference coolers ), in my H440. I had some spikes to 39-40 decibels, although it's darn sensitive and probably picked me up moving.

Max clocks 1303Mhz, max temps 84 degrees.

Thankyou for this info , I asked a while back but don't think many with SLI lol . Will be ordering two of what evers cheapest this week , 539.99 if price holds . 980s sold and 270x placed in whilst waiting :( .
Was going with Titans concidering the wait but think this may be worth saving a few quid
Can u clock to standard ref clocks and bench a few runs for me if it isn't to much trouble ?

Hmm well, they're standard clocks are 1102Mhz for me since they're EVGA Superclocked ones and they got this.

Here is a fantastic review of SLI Stock 980Tis, so many games and Firestrike.

I've seen an article before that db meters on phones are ultimately worthless as the microphone isn't sensitive enough as obviously it's designed for speaking, not picking up really low level noise. Can't recall the site as it was a few months back (possibly hardware canucks) but one did a specific comparison with a few phone db meters and the ones on the phone weren't very close.

Also, just noticed that poster, what is that?
