Not going water but money no object get gigabyte g1, msi gaming, zotac extreme or galaxy hof, evga classified depending on what warranty you want. All are 8+8 pin.

if it was me i would seriously consider if the 8+8 pin giving about 50-80mhz more overclock is worth the extra £80+

Depends on your finances and thats your business.

If you tell us what your want to do with the card we can better advise also what case you are putting in.

Running 21c idle, and max I've seen is 42c after a few hours playing Batman, that's at 1500 Mhz clock and 4000 vram.

Awesome card, you won't be disappointed.

Upload your image to a Website such as Imgur (they have a mobile website for easy access from your phone), then enter the URL you are given when the OC forums ask for it.

Companies T&Cs do no affect your statutory rights, they can put whatever they want in those T&Cs but it doesn't change the fact that you have 14 days to inspect goods (which means use them) and return them for whatever reason as long as they are in as new condition with all packaging. Re-stocking fees are not allowed either, all your responsible for is the initial postage cost and return postage to the store.

Decided to RMA my card, any idea roughly how long it takes for the whole process?

I have no spare GPU so I guess I'm going to have to nab a 970 for the time being.

No it doesn't, they changed the law, goods now have to be returned in a resaleable condition or they can make a deduction for loss

Ocuk's new terms use the exact same wording as the updated law so they comply exactly

If they have to bgrade an item because you opened it and used it, they can deduct that from your refund. They can, it doesnt always mean they will. But ocuk no longer offer a no questions 14 day satisfaction policy, which is what I replied to.

Ok so my final question before I take the dive. If I order tonight and my brother takes delivery tomorrow and I arrive home on the 1st of August, if I plug in my card in that date and notice any problems (coil whine being my biggest fear) am I still eligible to RMA through ocUK?

under 28 days old you should get a brand new replacement immediately

It'll be after the 14-day period although within the 28-day as TwsT states
