Neither AMD or Nvidia allows this in their drivers. You always need to rely on 3rd party software, like MSI Afterburner, EVGA Presicion etc.
Afterburner 4.2 version is rumoured to be having voltage control for Fiji. Release date hasn't been confirmed yet. Unfortunately Unwinder aint' sharing more info about progress anymore ( http://forums.guru3d.com/showpost.php?p=5177508&postcount=56 )
Whilst it's not mentioned anywhere, Radeon Software Crimson was designed with feedback from the public (hence all those feedback questionnaires on CCC during this last year).
RSC will launch later this year (NOV/DEC) and we'll still be looking for feedback for when it launches.

Registration required ?
Omg imagine that
While I have no problem with recording/streaming built in, please make it an optional component so that those that prefer to use a 3rd party solution don't have to install the AMD one too.
Having it in the driver is better than having it in another app (like GeForce Experience, or whatever it is) but keeping it optional is good for those that like to avoid bloat.
Completely agreed. It would indeed be bloatware for me, as I just enjoy playing the game. I have no need to record while I am playing with myself...
That came out sounding so wrongI have no need to record while I am playing with myself...
