Online banking is only available to people over the age of 16.I'm afraid ignorance is not a defense, a simple check online would reveal your balance.

If you don't pay it back your overdraft within 1month you normally get the police knocking at your door!
How did you use PayPal when you're only 14?
Lied about his age?
I think if you're under 18 and you go overdrawn you wont get charged for it like you would normally.
paypal doesn't have any Age Restrictions? or, at least it didn't when i signed up 5 years ago...
Ian,
Speak to the bank, don't wait around, the worst case scenario is it gets you nowhere, the best case is you end up with the few quid you had, plus your pocket money, and no charges. Be polite, the person you will speak to doesn't write the bank's polices.
