Hi Overclockers,

I am Dominik from EVGA, just wanted to inform you that our new, Dual BIOS featured 760/770/780s are going to be available at OCUK this summer! Those cards will have the factory BIOS on one chip and the second Chip can get flashed however you want to!!

Cheers

I saw this on your forums, thought someone was taking the ....

Great news :)

It's support and innovation like these that put EVGA ahead of their competitions :p

The only shortcoming is may be they don't have a UK based service base. A UK rma base (combine with good quality hardware) is probably one of the main reason why so many would go for Gigabyte as their primary choice.

Don't suppose EVGA has plan for opening an office in the UK? :p

I am just in discussion with Gibbo at the moment, I expect stocks to land with OCUK on the GTX770 model with the dual BIOS in around 1 weeks time, hopefully by August 13th.

It is a big factor, however you know that you're in good hands with EVGA and im sure an RMA with them would be dealt with swiftly.

Nice one Evga, hope you got the green light from Jen-Hsun this time though.;)

Another reason added to the list to buy Evga personally should Nvidia ever get back to comparative price/spec/performance with Amd, I don't mind paying a premium for Evga, but Nvidia don't warrant it in my experience between vendors.

Sadly I do not have an information about a UK RMA base but for a normal RMA we guarantee a turn arround time of 1-3 business days and we do also offer the advanced RMA service. For sure, shipping costs are not as cheap as in the UK but we try to balance this with high quality products and the extended service you can get with us ;)
