Read in another thread about the Panorama theme,

Just trying to get it working, but want to check as iam unsure how it works.

Do I need to install Vista Glazz first?

yes, just need to install http://www.codegazer.com/vistaglazz.htm, i'd download the standalone exe that they have on there

it'll patch your files that stop 3rd party styles from being used, like the uxtheme.dll patch in xp

don't bother installing LogonStudio, just ignore the logon part of the download for that style

also i wouldn't patch fullscreen windows to use the aero see-through function, that'll hinder performance of your fullscreen apps

Installed Vista Glazz, when I open it ive got three options.

Not sure what option I need to select

Click the 1st icon to apply the patch, reboot.
Then use the 2nd icon to patch the theme file.

Put it: C:\Windows\Resources\Themes
Click open the theme file.

Hmm, its gone to looking like this now after selecting the Panorama theme :confused:

Now go to the Panorama folder in Windows\Resources\Themes and click open the msstyles file, select Windows Aero in the list, (there will be 2, try top one). OK.

Cant see a msstyles file in the folder :S

Open the Panorama folder thats in that pic. It's in that.
