Hi,

I've got an ST2 with the Sony non-changer mp3 player and notice that it's got a phone button and that bluetooth was an option when new. Is it possible to retrofit the bluetooth module (?) to the radio, and if so any ideas on prices?

Does it have to be a ford/sony one (I'm guessing these are expensive) or are there 3rd party ones available? Or is the only option one of these Parrot things that sits external to the stereo?

Thanks

My mum has a focus (not ST) and the same headunit. We worked out it wasn't worth retrofitting and bought one of the Parrot ones that butts into the ISO connector (and a bunch of adapters for the wiring)

head over to focusSTOC a couple of peeps have retro fitted the bluetooth option, however its not easy or cheap, so i would go for a parrot or something

Cheers, just went to the STOC, seems it's doable for around £250 so not really worth it. Shame though as the mic port is already there (with the light in the roof), the looms are all in etc. It also works for voice activation.

But for £250 you could get a nice satnav with bluetooth
