Hi Guys,

Much to the despair of my mrs I have unsuccessfully spent the last 8hrs or so trying to get my newly installed Geforce GT 220 to output 5.1 over HDMI to my Sony AV amp.

Despite it working previously (by fluke it seems!) I can only get it to output stereo now.

I've already tried removing / re-installing the driver (up-to-date and archive) as well as disconnecting and reconnecting the HDMI cable.

Anyone got any ideas as to what the heck has gone wrong

Thanks chappy, I think this is a driver issue as by random fiddling I have managed to get 5.1 channels back. I'm now trying to conclude what's causing it to go from 2 channel to 5.1 channel - how annoying!

seems like a driver problem....hopefull fixed soon!
