Guys,

Just thinking, what would you choose out of these two, is the extra £20 odd worth it?

Also, are there any diadvantages to the mATX design?

Thanks

The only difference really is the reduction of PCI slots and the fact that the two PCI-E slots are tight together so dual GPUs sit very tight together. For me my top card runs 20c hotter than the bottom one (reaches 68c when gaming for long periods.

Ordered my V Gene today with a 3570k. Can't believe I didn't notice the pci-e slots were closer together! Oh well hopefully I won't cook my 6950's :(

Good choice this is a monster clocker!!! Just water cool the cards !!! problem solved!!

My 5850s don't go over 68c which is fine for a GPU. They will sit very tight, pretty much touching, but unless you overclock and overvolt your cards they should be OK. I plan to change to a single GPU at some point, but at the moment I'm really enjoying the power of a CF setup and don't want to have the expense of changing.

Thx for the info guys. I used to watercool a few years ago, but with what it costs to cool 2 cards, I could invest in more hardware
