Hello, I just got the 780ti and I keep getting driver crash "Display driver stopped responding and has recovered" I have tested in BF4, AC: Black Flag and Metro last light, I tried the latest driver and right no I am on 331.82 and still get the crash.

Could someone please help me out.

My specs:
CPU: Intel i7 3770k 4.2Ghz
Graphics: Nvidia GTX 780ti
Motherboard: Asus Sabertooth Z77
Memory: Kingston Hyper X 8gb
PSU: SeaSonic 860w Platinum
SSD: Samsung 840 Evo 250gb
HDD: WD Caviar Black 1tb

Try the .93 betas - 331.82 are known to cause the driver timeout issue. (Also worth updating the motherboard BIOS if its not been done in awhile as some boards out before the 780 series need it to properly support them).

run msi afterburner, while running something gpu intensive look at what clock it boosting to and what mem your running to.also note what power target is the card hitting.and report back preferably with a screenie, also worth installing HWinfo64 to moniter gpu volts.
try also downclocking gpu to see if it due to standard boost clocks cuasing the driver crashing.

I've ordered one of these this week. Hoping mine is okay! My motherboard is from 2010.

My 470 has this problem. Down clocking fixed it. My 580 worked fine until it had a different problem!

Uninstall drivers, then use a driver clean sweep tool, if not, try reinstalling JUST THE DRIVER and tick the box for to perform a clean installation and see how that works out

Run your whole system at stock to rule out a dogy oc

Forget about factory oc, 'out the box'=stock settings with your 780ti, it should be stable at advertised clocks.

If it's still failing, it's pointing to the card, but, quickest way to rule out the card being faulty is to test it in another system before RMA'ing it in case it's something else in your rig.

1. I have tried all the Nvidia drivers available for the 780ti
2. I updated my motherboard BIOS
3. Tried down clocking the card all they way down
4. Set the fans to 100%
5. Set everything to default
6. Reinstalled windows 7 because I got a new SSD

But I am still getting the driver crash I don't even know what else to try.

If you don't have access to another system to test it in, some friendly oCuk'er might test it in their system for you if you state the area you stay, it's happened here in the past.

Failing that, it's dsr or rma time.

Do you have Samsung Magician running? though it shouldn't cause a driver crash it does on some configurations cause a problem with DX that will crash out games (usually with a DX error though). Only happens with it running/in the background though doesn't need to be uninstalled.
