anderp - Are you able to confirm what batch number/manufacturing date the current 34UM95-P you have are from?

I've got issues with mine purchased from OcUK (backlight bleed, stuck pixels, popping noise, tearing while scrolling) and raised an RMA ticket and have been advised that I have to deal with LG directly. I'm just wondering if there are actually improved later batches of the monitor or not.

Its my understanding, in the first 12 months, you deal with Ocuk and if they are telling you different then I would be worried by that.

That's exactly what I've been told, if it's outside of 28 days I need to deal directly with LG. That doesn't seem right to me. This was pre-ordered in May, delivered early/mid June from OcUK's second batch. I thought I could live with the issues but I really shouldn't have to for an £800 monitor.

I haven't managed to get through to LG today so will need to wait until next week now as I'm away tomorrow and over the weekend.

That's because it isn't right. Sales of goods act comes into play and overclockers are duty bound to accept your RMA. Now they will probably end up sending it back to LG themselves so by dealing with LG directly it might be quicker to deal direct however if you want to return it to OC and have them deal with it you're perfectly entitled to.
