What is the cooler like on the 970 OC. Are the temps and acoustics much worse than the MSI or Strix equivelants. Surely you pay for the performance so the low price tag worries me.

Yes MSI and Asus are better performers for sure and quieter as they are practically twice the size.

Ditto, I was thinking of getting another 780Ti DCUII..but none in stock, then I saw the Zotac on TWO and thought about seeing if that would be of paired with the Asus. Then I see this bunch of offers. 980 Reference @ 409!!.
