Hmmm.....I'm looking to get a PSU , an 850W..and as much as I like the ones above, those leads with those red and blue connectors .....are a bit of a put off .

Hey Chug, have you any idea on even approx timescales for this? Couple of months, 6 months, 3 years? I really like these PSU's but want to get custom cable extensions in my new build...

8-12 weeks would be an approx timescale

The 650w version more than enough for a 4770k and a single 290x?

Would the 550w one even be okay?

I currently have a 600w ocz psu but the power is split over multiple rails and this leads to instability when overclocking.
