Due to my lack of a landline and lack of credit, I'm not too up for blowing whatever credit I have on a phone call. Had a look on the site and the number is all I can see, anybody come across and address?

Hi, in the support section of their website it has a "Contact us" bit with some addresses. Here it is. There is also an email address link on the bottom of that page.

If it is for a hdd rma you have to go through Rexo .
