QoS router for bt fttc

whats the cheapest router that will work with a homehub 5 or on its own that has QoS and will prioritize games+skype and maybe have client speed restrictions. upto 150mbps wireless speed will be fine.

An older draytek would do the trick. Something Like a Vigor 2830.

You'd need a separate VSDL2 modem with a 2830.
