Can somebody please tell me what kind of warranty a Samsung M3 1tb HDD will have? I have seen everything ranging from 1 year to 3 years, and Seagate's (who seem to administer the Samsung HDDs) online warranty checker is not working.
I bought my driver 2 1/2 years ago, backed up to it, hid it (too well for me to find it until now), and now when I finally want to use it it keeps crashing half way through, with a ticking noise.
(I dont need the stuff on it, I just want to backup to it again.. but cant).
