My Tangle Foot was the other foot to what the other entered. I should get 5 points and the others should get an additional point.

I think that's a bit harsh though. I suspected it was risky when I was deciding what to enter but based on this question and answer I was confident.

Oh right, so was it invalid because it has a sweary in the name? I don't remember seeing anything in the rules saying that sweary beers are only allowed in round X

Forgive me for not including what really should be a given. That all entries during the competition should fall within the rules of the forum (Round X being the exception where I shall edit pictures and names).

Honestly, that this was a rule hadn't occurred to me either. I did wonder why Feek got 0.

Many gentlemen will dispute that a beard is a feature!

I've got to disagree withyour decision for Feek, face is clearly part of the name. If Tanglefoot is valid as foot is part of the phrase, then I can't see it not being valid. And on that basis Ahleckz's too, albeit "slang"?

It's open for debate, if you feel the entry is valid then say so

Same applies for ALL 0 point entries. I should remind you all, this applies to players only at this stage

I found a couple of great beers to enter for this round last week in Bath, but a niggle in my head told me sweary edits were x round only, but as always, I'll go with the majority.

No need for sorry, it's an open debate

To be clear, I've deemed both Feek and Ahleckz invalid due to swearing. We have a separate round solely for this purpose (Round X). Slang was never covered if acceptable or not.

Forgetting the swearing aspect, Feek's entry ****faced is not the same as the acceptable quote below:

OK, my feedback on all the zero pointers.

I think that Ahleckz shouldn't be penalised for the swearing either, his should be a valid entry. Personally I think mine is covered by Russinating's question which is why I submitted it.

I do agree with your 'beard' decision, Maccy had a body part in the brewery name so that's a correct decision and I'd love to know the reason Sonea_Fifer submitted Thrappledouser!

/edit - I've seen the explanation for Thrappledouser above and after that explanation, I think it should be valid along with Ahleckz and me (it also strengthens mine as it's been accepted before for the same round in a previous competition).
