have to clear cmos every bootup

motherboard is a msi x99a sli krait
running 64gb memory (problem started when replaced 2 faulty sticks got replaced by computer builder )
bios version N.30
i7-5820k running at 3.3GHz

tried going to bios and f10 to save

just nothing seems to work been like this a few weeks.

tried downloading the bios N7 to a flash drive but when in bios says no bios file on usb key (root folder )

If you had 2x faulty ram sticks were they just replaced or the whole kit?? The whole kit should have been replaced, guessing your running 4x16gb??
If they are not perfectly matched this could cause issues.

When you are in bios after cmos reset are you applying XMP?? What are your SA volts?? You will need more than stock with that amount of ram especially if your running 8x8gb

no matter which usb or stick I use still says no bios on it and running 8x 8gb only 2 was replaced by site where comp was built.

Possibly a silly suggestion but you have extracted the BIOS file? The download is a ZIP file so extract it and place the contents on the flash drive.
