Change just the fans ... or whole case?

I currently have a HAF 932 which I have been happy with for many years. Until I recently helped a friend build his new system in a H440 and witnessed how quiet it was!

Now I am torn between trying to replace my current fans with quieter ones, or just getting a whole new case.

I like the look of both the H400 and the Fractal R5 but both worry me regarding airflow compared to the HAF 932 I currently have.

The fans I would need to replace are:
Front: 230 x 30 mm red LED fan x 1 / 700 rpm / 19 dBA
Side: 230 x 30 mm standard fan x 1 / 700 rpm / 19 dBA
Top: 230 x 30 mm fan x 1 / 700 rpm / 19 dBA
Rear: 140 x 25 mm fan x 1, 1200 RPM, 17 dBA

I am not sure if I believe the dBA from their website as the front one which is meant to be 19 sounds like its from a prop plane!

Can anyone recommend silent 230mm fans? failing that, which case would you say has the better cooling capability, the R5 or H440?
