I live <10 miles from OCUK and my 3 bed detached house in a nice quiet cul-de-sac on the fields cost £112,500 in May 2013.

I know it might not seem like a huge salary (I am not in the IT sector either) but when a terraced house in the rough part (Hanley - Postcode ST1) can be had for £35,000 it gives you can idea of living costs.

Used to live in lightwood which isnt far from ocuk 15 min drive

4 bed detached house detached garage and a decent garden was £100,000

Its a good wage for an SEO as I have never met one yet who didn't have a jobs on the side.
