Logging on without pin or Password

Is there a way to logon to Windows 10 without entering a PIN or Password but only have one when the PC wakes from sleep or you log off?

I did this in Windows 7 but can't find anything in Windows 10

Auto login? In the run box, type control userpasswords2

You can do it via "netplwiz" from Start > Run.

Has worked since XP (maybe 2000)
