Exhaust a bit loud?

SO iv fitted 3 Be Quiet! silent wings 3's pwm high speeds to my case, and fired up rig into bio set to max to see volume levels, intakes at the front not a sound at 1600 rpm was really impressed but at the same time, the exhaust sounds like a jet with a odd buzzing sound this isn't normal right? xD

case is a phanteks evolve mid

i would assume its because of that case design, less airflow in the front which is why those fans seem quieter
where as the exhaust is unrestricted

Its probably the mesh in the rear of the case causing extra noise.

Are they 140mm fans? Are you using the anti-vibration mounts?

Not quite the same fans but I have 3 120mm Shadow Wings, 1 140mm Shadow Wings and 2 120mm Pure Wings 2 in my Corsair 540 with all fan grilles removed and the loudest thing in my machine is my RX480.

Do you only get the buzzing at full speed?

140 mils, yeah anti vibreation mounts the sound can only be described as a buzzing
