Can you set the boost on chips like the 6400 to run at max multiplier like with haswell. So in the 6400s case that is 3.3Ghz.

Intel are ****. They locked the multi down on skylake so no manualy setting the multi to its max boost ratio as with haswell. Zen can't come soon enough.

As said above dependant on your motherboard you can run a bios that allows non K processor overclocking by adjusting your BCLK setting as the multiplier is fixed.
