250g white flour
2 eggs
35cl milk
1 pinch of salt
1 tsp sugar
Add French Black Plantation Rhum into mix to taste (very very very important) such as Bardinet Rhum (not expensive but the taste works well).
Suggested: http://www.rumnerd.com/2015/09/bardinet-rhum-negrita-how-bad-can-it-be.html

1. Mix (use a blender - easier)
2. hot flat pan
3. use oil on tissue.. use string to bind to a fork.
4. add ladle of mix to pan
5. use dowel thing to smooth out the crepe on the pan
6. when ready turn over
7. remove add to stack
8. repeat 5-7 then when needed refill with fork

Take nutella - add spoon to top, let melt and use knife to spread out..

When I was younger, thinner the better. Now total 180 nothing beats American dinner plate sized sour dough pancakes. Preferably with maple syrup and crispy bacon
