Best VFM seems to be the 980's. Still think the 980ti's are a bit steep for EOL. I use a 980 and it still does everything I ask of it at 2560x1080.

What you ask for is mot likely going to be different to what others ask for which is the issue.

You might be happy turning down a few settings but others aren't.

Yeah it's the reference card but the cooling doesn't bother me too much as I'll be water cooling. Ambient temps here in Cyprus average around 25-30 degrees anyway so air cooling isn't overly efficient.
