She did step back yes, but he kicked out and elbowed out and also called her something not to nice in Italian. Had he just clattered in to her then 100% she would have been the muppet in the wrong, shame he didn't.

He did, he also said it was an accident and that it wasn't intentional. The video shows something quite different.

I think the whole lawsuit business is a bit of a joke but after seeing the video back I definitely would not accept the apology he gave as its an outright lie!

I don't believe for a second there will be a lawsuit, I think she just wants some publicity but from the video it doesn't look accidental to me. The look on his face clearly shiows he was angry.

It's possibly going to be even more different than it currently feels as I read that for the first day of testing the Ducati will run with wings to give a more fair comparison to the 2016 bike. I expect it'll be quite difference once the wings are gone.

Edit - Yep, I saw a picture of Lorenzo's bike and it's running the wings.
