Could anybody let me know if I can use 2x Dual Channel kit to fill 4 banks or do I have to go 1x Quad Channel with Skylake (I am thinking 32gb 3600mhz).

You can do either.

It has been said before that sometimes it's easier with a quad channel kit as its fully matched and tested together.

What did you go for then? Another dual channel or quad channel kit? I often pondered adding another 2 sticks to my Z170 board but have never fully understood how 2x dual channel would work vs. a quad channel kit? What's the difference? Pros? Cons?
