EVGA Micro 2 m-atx DOA??

So I've just connected my psu to my mobo and the status led is flashing white.
According to the manual it should be steady blue, I fear the worst any one had any experience with this??

Without sounding silly , is that as far as you've got , have you tried turning it on ?

That was the point it wouldn't turn on or do anything!!

Anyway it appears to have been an issue with the I/O plate shorting something took that out and now it seems to be working as it should.
