Hi guys.
My lovely S6 Edge+ is being collected tomorrow for repair (black smudge of death on the top edge of the screen) and I was wondering is there a method whereby I can effectively make a carbon copy of my phone as it is - i.e. with my files, app, settings and general layout?
I have already backed up the files on my PC and I know I can backup apps with Google etc but having used Samsung Smart Switch to port one phone to another is there such a piece of software that I can save a copy to be restored when (presumably the new unit arrives).
I have looked at Kies but don't see anything that expansive on it.
