Voting will happen the first week of the following month, so I'll pick the next months topic too - then once we've got our first winner he/she can then pick the topic.
Once the voting thread is up, anyone (even if you've not entered the competition) can vote for your 3 favourite photos.

In the case of a draw, the person who has the highest number of first choices in the votes wins.
