I always buy thick cut marmalade. I bought some cheap, sugar free marmalade recently but threw it away, it was pretty crap. Then I bought some of this Bonne Maman on the advice of someone shopping next to me who said it's good stuff. As it was a discounted price I bought some and yes, it has a really delicious flavour! :)

Currently have a jar of the marmalade in the op.

Usually buy Coopers (I think that's what the brand is anyway) but the Bonne Maman was on offer so I thought I'd try it.

It's very nice but not sure it's worth the extra of the usual brand.

Black Sheep Mash Tun marmalade..always try to get some whenever I can

spicy and tangy, its delicious!

marmalade for me needs to be strong, dark and big chunks of tangy peel

morrisons and tescos do their own extra special bitter seville marmalades and they are pretty good as well

Family recipe made by my grandma, aunt and mother. Can't beat it.
As a kid I thought it was too bitter but now I like it. Don't have it often though.

Bonne Maman Marmalade

Just had some of this with a cream tea at Patisserie Valerie... Will definitely be picking some up next time I'm at the supermarket! (It actually came with a variety of different Bonne Maman preserves that were all utterly fantastic). Still, does not quite beat my wife's grandma's homemade marmalade but it's rare we're local enough to get hold of that...

Reviving my old thread. :) I'm out of Bonne Maman and was about to buy some more as it's got the perfect flavour and sweetness, but I'd like to try something else anyway.
I remembered people mentioning here about Wilkins & Sons and Frank Cooper's.

So, what would be the one to try next out of these that will be as luxurious tasting as the Bonne Maman. I've only chosen thick cut marmalades as that's my preference. Not sure if the vintage Frank Cooper will be stronger than I need.
