Apple Watch owners - a question

Just bought a Watch.
I want to be able to quickly and easily take voice notes as I easily forget things.
Anyone set this up?
How did you do it and what apps did you need?
Ideally want it either via Siri, or a complication so I can just click and go.

I've tried Workflow but can't get beyond it just recording, with no real way to send to iPhone or elsewhere for future use, although I had read this app could do what I want.

All help appreciated!
