I also read from Anandtech i think that the E6600 can reach 400mhz fsb quite easily. My question is that this fsb requires a 800mhz capable ram correct?

Afaik you can divide it down, but i would imagine there will be a fair performance hit
 
Truly amazing speed but out of range for most of us because who wants all these things next to his desk? :eek:

Personally I aim for 3,6Mhz(9x400) with my upcoming E6600 so that I can use a DDR800 and not the very expensive 1066 variations. Just waitting for the prices to fall a bit.
