Denon DNS 1000 Slipmats ?

Guys,
help my weary brain, I have a Denon DNS 1000 CDJ and I am looking to get a nice Denon slipmat to change from the boring chrome one that is standard.

Can I find one?
Can I hell ! :mad:

is the one I am after, but it only mentions the CDj 3500 and so on, no mention of the DNS 1000 compatability, plus I think these are in the US and the EU link just gives a Denon address in the UK....Jeez...simple things that turn out to be not so simple. :confused:

If anyone has any idea of how to get one of these Denon CDj Slipmats, then please post, put me out of my mysery ! :cool:

I used to own a dns3000, is it just a paper printout which you put under the plastic cover?

No, its a proper felt replacement, use an allen key to remove the original and replace it with the new one.

Ah right, in the time i owned mine i just assumed they were all just printouts for the top, just to make it look diff, never saw the felt ones, should be nice

dunno about the official denondj ones but have you checked out the glowtronics ones?

dns1000 is a lot smaller than a 3500/5000/5500 though

after a bit of googling it seems for the dns1000 you are stuck with making paper ones from the template on the site, the felt replacements are only the bigger ones mostly for the moving platter models like mine

ahhhh, will check it out...thanks for the info....dam I liked the look of the felt one too
