Not know of any others

I made some like those many years ago

Tested against a van heater matrix and found the heater matrix better

Dunno if the designs moved on but from my experience the water/liquid has not got enough "time" through it to dissipate as much energy/heat as the more specific rads you can buy

Alpacool Cape Cora passive rads are pretty good. That sort of design isn't the best for passive as it's really just the same as a dense fin radiator like a Thermochill.

It has about 90 fins over about 30cm ish, which works out at about 7-8/inch compared to about 11-12 for a PA radiator. I expect the cape cora would do much better.

The newer Konvect-O-Matic versions are much better that the Cape Corra rad's
Better connectors (if less versatile)
The Pro range has ribbed fins (Like the Zalman Res2) to increase surface area.
While the Ultra plus as optimized convection technology 'plates' to boost proformance without the weight of lots more rad tubes.
But all are aluminum.

As is the discreteheat skirting rad I use
