Roccat Kone LED lights

Kinda got an annoying problem. Bought a Roccat Kone mouse off here about 2 weeks ago. All works fine, change colors in the Roccat control panel etc.
Only problem is once I have turned off my pc, the Kone's lights still stay on. Sometimes one strip, sometimes both strips. Rather annoying as my pc is in my room and I like a dark room when trying to get to sleep.
So I have to wait for my pc to turn off, then go and unplug the Kone from the USB port and plug it back in for the lights to stay off.

Anyone got this problem? Amazing mouse, stupid problem to have >.<

its because your usb ports are still powered while the pc is off.
check your motherboard manual and the bios for an option along the lines of alowing you to pick between +5vsb (5 volt standby) or plain +5v. alternately check if there are some offline unpowered ports ad use those as an alternative. lastly you could just hit the mains power switch...

First of all the problem lies with the computer rather than the mouse. Even when you turn off your computer the motherboard is still being fed by the +5 Volt standby from the power supply, this is designed to allow your computer to be powered on by Keyboard, Mouse, Wake-on-LAN etc. There may be an option in the BIOS to disable this but I'm not sure.
