Fiesta Zetec S Project

Thought I'd finally start a project thread, although I rarely post im still usually browsing! Its a 2001 phase 2 zetec s.

and yes I know it may not interest some of you as its only a fiesta.

Anyway my plan is to stop using this car as an everyday car and use it for weekend fun/track!

Heres the project car:

Spec

1600 SE
SS4 Cams
HD big end bolts
Omex ECU (Mapped at Track n road made 142bhp)
Miltek 4-2-1 Manifold
Miltek decat and CAT back
Focus 220mm clutch

Weitec GTN coilovers ( will be changing soon )
Full Powerflex Poly Bushes set
20.5 axel spacers
E-Tech Front Strut brace
OMP Lower Strut brace
OMP Back strut brace

ST150 Calipers
Mintex M1144 ST150 Pads

I dont have any good shots of the work in progress as it was taken on a dire camera phone and majority came out rubbish, however a lot will be happening over the next month or so!

Jenvey throttle bodies,
uprated valve springs,
Vauxhall c20xe beige fuel injectors
Weber Fuel pressure regulator
another live remap

that should keep me going for a bit

Im not sure on the standard ones but these SS4's are 288 degress inlet and exhaust which is fairly wild

Yes i do

Its on silver alloys now, you might of seen it, but tbh I dont think i drove it that day

I think thats about as good as the idle will get, however it was started from cold, and it hasnt been mapped for that yet! it does get better after 10 minutes but not a lot!

This go's really well just a shame it dosent run very well allthough the throttlebodys should sort that

Still wont be quick as the scoob tho

Won't be as quick? Oh I don't know...it'l feel quicker.

Does look good though mate, wouldn't mind a ride in it at some point, see what it's like compared to my 6pot and a 4pot 205.
