WTF is this!?

Why even when I have everything at minimum the graphics card falls over and drops to 20/30 FPS yet when your looking at like a simple building its at 60FPS.

Whats going on!?

My 6800U played it better than this!!! :(

Any ideas?

Latest Cats, Win 7 64 bit, Mac Pro with quad core Xeon i7
