OMG! That is amazing!

Looking on YouTube you can actually build proper working lego engines using pneumatic pistons!

I must have one!

On a related note this is the kit model V8 I'm making. Nearly finished it. I have to add the distributer cap, spark plugs, spark leads, air intake manifold, rocker cover and a few other bits. Everything inside it moves including the pistons, crankshaft, cams, fan belt, fan, starter motor - well everything! :p

Love it. I wonder what revs you can realistically put through it before Lego does it's usual thing and just implodes.

Would be great to get it revving with an authentic V8 sound track!

The pneumatic powered lego engines can get above 4000rpm!

I think id want a display model that worked slowly showing the movement. The pneumatic ones are functional, but arent models of true internal combustion as they are gas powered cylinders.
