Fractal design define R2 & corsair H50 airflow

I had a fractal r2 case last week and today brought a corsair H50 water cpu cooler to replace my tunic tower and a spare 120mm fan but i have a few questions about airflow. The case came with 2 120mm fans, 1 on the front and one on the back. I have fitted the H50 cooler as showed in the instructions but in threads on here i see people put the fan on differently. I have now got 2 120mm fans on the front blowing air out, a 120mm fan on top blowing air out and the 120mm fan that came with the H50 blowing air through the radiator into the case. Can anyone give me any info on how my fans should be set for max cooling.
