Ground heat pump?

Its a soak away drain, another fantastic new building regulation.

I bought that house and the one next door, knocked them both into 4 flats, one had an extension we built, thats the drain for roof water.

Yea the fake dog was there when we bought them :) We called him Bill!

I remember when we were having our extention done...they ALWAYS seemed to be drinking tea, sitting down, eating, whatever...

Now I know physical labour is bloody hard work but they take the mick!

This for your daughters place mate?

Nah just buy to lets, me daughters flat is in that block of flats we bought in Penge.

God I cant stand it when BLT experts do that, waste of two perfectly good homes. Anything to make a quick buck.

I don't know why when they build new houses these days they don't automatically fit underground 1200 litre rain water tanks off the guttering. So in the summer you can just pump the water out for gardening or when there is a hose pipe ban.

I've toyed with the idea of fitting one myself but I'm too lazy to dig the hole now.
