Car drivers are not alone in the mounting number of moronic people in control of them. (or not in control as it would appear)

Here's todays attempt at a suicidal manoeuvre by some random biker.

Yes I was indicating early, yes they do work.. I actually got out and checked, because yet again, I am dumbfounded by the idea that it would, in anyway, be considered a "safe overtake"

I don't even want to think about the resultant carnage had I cut the corner off and turned in a second earlier.
 
Hardly surprising. I see a far higher percentage of motorcyclists being reckless than car drivers. I had a motocyclist nearly hit my front bumper as he decided to cut me up. Sticking his fingers up at me for blasting my horn. I wanted to run him over after that. Was weaving in and out of the traffic all the way down.

It's not like I am seething with rage all the time.
Just when someone does something retarded like that then it's like flicking a switch inside me.
I was totally chilled out before that, had a nice lie in and was on my way to work with no rush listening to a bit of music(got up early to bike in but the front tyre was flat again LOL, my patching skills are clearly not up to scratch)

That was VERY close, whilst not wanting to tar all bikers with the same brush as I'm sure there are some sensible ones out there....somewhere....maybe
 
I think a defensive driving course would help you, sure the bike was madness. But the line you took over that junction was poor when the 1 series overtook
 
That's how I got hit by a car in May this year.

I was you, but riding a bike and the car that hit me was the bike in your video. I turned right and got swiped out by a car going the same speed as the bike :mad: :mad:
 
He was very fortunate you reacted fast enough to just slightly ease up a moment before he would have clipped you, if it had been a pensioner or something driving I'd imagine he'd be suffering life changing injuries at the very least.
