The OcUK H²Flo EXTREME Liquid CPU Cooler is a fantastic product aimed at high end CPU cooling, with the power to slay any overclocked CPU temperatures succesfully. The cooler houses a large surface cold copper plate to ensure all the heat is drawn away from your CPU and transferred to the sealed liquid and the pump then transports the liquid round to the dual thick radiator which then cools the liquid back down to enable the liquid to recirculate back to your CPU block to again pull more heat away. All you need to do it add a fan of your choice to the radiator and your CPU will be cooler than the next Ice Age.

- Socket LGA1366 / 1155 / 1156 / 775 / AM2 / AM3
- Radiator Dimensions: 120mm x 152mm x 27mm
- Fan Support: 120mm x 38mm x 2
- Double-thick 120mm radiator for increased surface area and cooling potential
- A new improved micro-channel cold-plate design more efficiently transfers heat
- Quick and easy installation brackets make it easier than ever to upgrade to watercooling.
- Cold Plate: Copper
- Radiator Material: Aluminium

How much benefit would the extreme gain from removing the thermal paste it comes with and replacing it with IC Diamond?

Very low single figure differences.

Have a look at this review of thermal paste and remember they have zoomed in on the results so the difference between the best and worst is only 5 degrees:

Tbh it's hardly worth the effort of changing paste.

Fair enough, im just looking at the best setup for myself. Im looking to buy one this coming Saturday to replace my Gelid Tranquilo with Akasa Apache fan. I am having some issue's with clearance for the RAM and with the ALC's that problem is non existant. Question is now, will the bundle with the gelid fans be quiet enough or maybe its worth shelling out for other fans that may be quieter..im not quite sure
