We have Sky Broadband, been with them for about a month now. Past 3 days or so the connection just keeps dropping for a few minutes and then it will resume again.

I've factory reset the router various times to no fix.

Manufacturer Sagemcom
Model Number F@ST2504n
Firmware Version 6.14.2a4N_UNI
ADSL Firmware Version A2pD035g.d23j1

Is their anything I can do to see what's causing these disconnects? Everything is connected by Wifi (2 Phones, a laptop, and PC.)

Cheers

You're using a different router to the one I am using though, I've got the new white Sky Hub.

Although, I think the problem was with a batch of BT modems. Mine was replaced yesterday and I've had a working connection ever since. The BT engineer did say something about firmware/overheating issues on a previous batch of modems.

Sky Help Forum might be of help.

Hey, i noticed your post as i was googling for solutions and thought i'd post what i found to have worked.

I (and many other people going by what i've read on the sky forums) had this problem. I think it has something to do with the dodgey 6.14.2a4N_UNI firmware Sky are rolling out that it appears you have.

I've since gone back to the previous 5.27.1a4N firmware and it appears to have fixed the constant d/c problem.

This guys post has a link to the v5 (v1.1) firmware that i used.
