AOC are launching a trio of 24” 60Hz monitors with 1920 x 1200 resolutions and 16:10 aspect ratios; the i2460Pxqu, e2460Pxda and e2460Sxda
. Aesthetically they are all fairly similar and feature AOC’s familiar ‘wood grain texture’ matte plastic at the front. The stand is different on the ‘Px’ and ‘Sx’ models, with the ‘Px’ offering full adjustability (height, swivel, tilt and pivot) and the ‘Sx’ offering only tilt adjustment.

i2460Pxqu is the IPS one. Let's hope this is a good solid unit, with 1:1 pixel mapping too! Review - http://pcmonitors.info/reviews/aoc-i2460pxqu

Thanks for the heads up, the i2460xqu is making my short list.

Well, the review says it's the same panel as the BenQ BL2411PT, which they rate higher than this AOC. And of course Overclockers are selling the ASUS VS24AHL which also uses the same panel!

So we have three units all using the same panel:-
BenQ BL2411PT
AOC i2460xqu
ASUS VS24AHL

I can't find any reviews for the ASUS though, although the buyers here seem impressed with it.

I imagine it comes down to which gives the best back lighting (least bleed), and which gives a reasonable enough OSD. I assume they all have the same backlighting method/system?!

What do you recon out of the three?

Honestly, Im not really sure.
Ive not bought a monitor in over 6 years as my Dell 2405fpw is still going strong.

Although, the AOC has the (ever so slight) edge as it has USB ports on the side, which I find very useful.
Would love to see a comparison of all three but it seems like whichever you buy, you are going to get a very good monitor. So it may very well just come down to whichever I can get for the best price.
