Hello,
Anyone familiar with that ?
I've bought one (model SFR1M44-FU-DL, which is code F01) and can't make it working with my Yamaha PSR740. Literally this emulator can be used with any PC as it is simply USB flash drive read/writer put into floppy drive enclosure (and connected to motherboard via floppy drive socket as well), so I decided to put my topis here.
In short: PSR can't see any content of USB drive - I've checked two different sticks. But it's able to format it in own way - as 1000 virtual floppies and it can see all of them (checked just two by own recordings) - and as you might presume, it's not an option as Windows is not able to see anything more than 1 (ONE) partition located on flash drive. Such a system
Windows is required to copy plenty MID files to that stick - for further use with my PSR obviously.
Full story later, if anyone answers
I don't want to write tones of phrases with no sense.
Cheers,
Martin
