I didn't see that coming :p

Kudos to you tho', SOLD!!

*edit*

Was gonna do a test flash but can't find a bios. I don't mind buying the card, then use that bios tho ;)

You need to use a BIOS from the same make of card as you have now.

So if you have a Sapphire 7950 Dual-X, you need a 280 Dual-X BIOS for example. ;)

We need mid-range Maxwell to freshen up the market a bit.
Problem with that is if we get another Maxwell on 28nm, all we going to get is another card that's waving low power consumption, but still worse bang for bucks than the other cards at similar current price points much like the 750/750Ti. They need to offer a card with at least around GTX670 level performance at sub £200, or it's pointless regardless how low power consuming it is. But with the GTX760 being at £200+, I can't see that happening.

This.Is.Completely.True

Banging on about power consumption is irrelevant for gamers on lower end cards. It came up on a recent thread when comparing the 270x and the 750ti, the 'savings' in power consumption is not even worth thinking about when talking about the power difference of a single light bulb under load. The appeal for miners is there but what i want to see is gaming cards, not mining cards!
